Terms and Conditions set out the rights and responsibilities of each party when entering into a transaction. Terms and conditions are essential as they not only protect our business (Fantasy Entertainment) when a problem arises, but also minimise the likelihood of a dispute arising with the customer (you).

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and Fantasy Entertainment. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of this Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, then you may not access the Service.

In the event of cancellation due to government directed mandatory lockdowns and restrictions – All clients will be offered unlimited change of dates, full credit note or refund option.

We require a small deposit upfront to secure our services for your chosen date.

You are required to pay your entertainer the remaining amount in cash when they arrive before commencement of any service.

All photos and videos taken by Fantasy Entertainment at the event will be displayed on our website and social media platforms, unless you provide an email or message stating that you do not give permission or authorisation for photos and videos from your event to be used.

Keeping our clients’ information private is our highest priority. Home address and phone numbers are confidential and only shared with the entertainer the client has selected from our website for the night of their special event. The entertainer will use it for that convenience only, as the entertainer will need to contact the client or host to confirm event and on the night, let them know they have arrived.

We aim to provide quality services and entertainment to our clients, however, we must first and foremost ensure a safe work environment for our team.

You cannot touch our staff inappropriately. Our strippers may allow guided touching ie. thighs, buttocks, or breasts/chest. This choice is up to the individual entertainer and you may only touch the areas the stripper directs you to touch during the entertainment.

You cannot be obscene or insult the performers in any way. We will not provide x-rated shows to functions where men are present.

You may be required to provide a room for the entertainer to change into his/her costume. If you are planning your entertainer to be a surprise, please let us know when booking. We will organise the performer to be in costume upon arrival.

Please note as the gentlemen are highly booked out on Fridays and Saturdays, the time you book will always be approximate. 

We do try to guarantee you that our services and performances start promptly at the time of your choosing. However, as can be the nature in our industry, this is not always possible where our gentlemen are required to travel over large distances or where they are required to work and/or perform at multiple bookings. If our gentlemen need to change the booking time, they will contact you (the client) directly to discuss options and ensure you get the very best service.

If you have paid your deposit, and it is confirmed by our staff member – however, you decide to cancel your booking for any reason such as “change of mind” or “event is not going ahead” after paying your deposit – you will forfeit your deposit. We allow one free change to your booking date/package, this is to help you keep the initial deposit you have made and use it for another occasion and time in the future. Any subsequent changes after this will incur a further deposit equivalent to the one initially made to keep the booking.

Please note, we understand that unforeseeable events (specifically deaths, wedding cancelled, sickness and unforeseen accidents) do occur, with that in mind, we allow one change to the booking – free of charge. Any changes after, are subject to availability and also incurs an additional fee equivalent to the deposit to still keep the booking. This change must be done in writing and at least 1 week before the event.

1. The client may cancel their booking within 7 days of payment of the deposit, and receive their deposit back in full less the administration fee (20% of the deposit).

2. If the client cancels their booking after 7 days of booking, their deposit will not be refunded. 

3. If the client cancels their booking within 14 days before the date, the full service amount is to be paid by the client.

4. If the client books within 14 days of the booking date, then cancels, the client will forfeit the deposit in full.

For late payment, a penalty fee may apply.

Before contacting us to cancel your package because your event is not going ahead or the party is cancelled, please consider a change of date as a way to keep your deposit and use it for a ladies’ night out on a future date. We allow one free change to your booking date/package. Any subsequent changes after this will incur a further deposit equivalent to the one initially made to keep the booking.

Administration Fee applies to cancellations and is usually calculated at 20% of the deposit made.
